PEDIGREE^® Adoption Drive

Each year, more than four million dogs are up for adoption at breed rescue organizations and animal shelters. Sadly, only a fraction of these dogs ever find homes.

This startling statistic was a rallying cry for the Mars PEDIGREE Brand, leading to the creation of the PEDIGREE Adoption Drive — a fundraising campaign to help dogs find loving homes — and ultimately, the establishment of The PEDIGREE Foundation as its beneficiary.

To date, the PEDIGREE Brand in North America has raised more than $5 million through high profile pet adoption campaigns. Similar campaigns have begun to roll out in the U.K., Germany, France, Ireland, Belgium and Australia, with plans to continue the roll out in more countries as part of the PEDIGREE Brand’s commitment to find loving homes for dogs.
