However, we recognize our brands can only satisfy our consumers when the things they stand for are consistently brought to life within Mars.

Requiring high levels of creativity, intuition, empathy, technical know-how, and strong interpersonal skills, we expect marketing associates to have a true passion for our consumer, bring this passion into our organisation and ensure we never compromise.

Ideal candidate profile

Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or work experience in marketing disciplines is required.

The role requires individuals to demonstrate characteristics of behavior as well as functional competency. These characteristics can be grouped into five categories:
